มาตรา 1267
- ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องทำรายงารยื่นไว้ ณ หอทะเบียนทุกระยะสามเดือนครั้งหนึ่งว่าได้จัดการไปอย่างใดบ้าง แสดงให้เห็นความเปนไปของบาญชีที่ชำระอยู่นั้น และรายงารนี้ให้เปิดเผยแก่ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วน และผู้ถือหุ้น และเจ้าหนี้ทั้งหลายตรวจดูได้โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม
Section 1267. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The liquidators must deposit every three months at the Registration Office a report of their activities, showing the situation of the accounts of the liquidation. Such report shall be open gratuitously for inspection to the partners, shareholders or creditors.
