มาตรา 1276
- อันข้อบังคับของสมาคมนั้น อย่างน้อยต้องระบุข้อความที่กล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ชื่อสมาคม
- (๒) วัตถุที่ประสงค์ของสมาคม
- (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ของสมาคม
- (๔) ระเบียบวิธีรับสมาชิกเข้าสมาคม และระเบียบวิธีกำจัดสมาชิกออกจากสมาคม
- (๕) ระเบียบวิธีจัดการสมาคม โดยมีกรรมสัมปาทิก ฤๅกรรมการ ฤๅวิธีอื่นอย่างใด

- The regulations must specify at least:
- (1) The name of the association.
- (2) Its object.
- (3) The address of its principal office.
- (4) Rules for the admission and exclusion of members.
- (5) Rules for the management of the association by committees, directors or otherwise.
