มาตรา 1281
- บุคคลทั้งปวงจะตรวจดูเอกสารของสมาคมใด ๆ ที่นายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ก็ดี ฤๅต้องการใบสำคัญการจดทะเบียนฤๅสำเนาเอกสารอื่นอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดของสมาคม ซึ่งจะขอให้นายทะเบียนคัดเปนสำเนาเต็มความมีคำรับรองฤๅคัดย่อแต่เนื้อความส่งมอบให้ก็ดี เมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามข้อบังคับซึ่งเสนาบดีเจ้ากระทรวงกำหนดไว้แล้ว ก็ให้ตรวจและขอได้

- Every person may inspect the documents kept by the Registrar or require a certificate of the registration of any association or a certified copy or extract of any other document, to be delivered to him by the Registrar on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the Regulations issued by the Minster responsible for the local administration.
