มาตรา 1290
- นอกจากจะได้มีข้อบังคับบัญญัติไว้เปนอย่างอื่นแล้ว ท่านว่าความรับผิดของสมาชิกในสมาคมแต่ละคนจำกัดเพียงจำนวนเงินค่าบำรุงที่สมาชิกนั้นค้างชำระอยู่

- Unless otherwise provided by the regulations, the liability of each member to the association is limited to the amount of the subscriptions due by him.
