มาตรา 29
- บุคคลวิกลจริตผู้ใด ถ้าภริยาสามีก็ดี ผู้บุพการี กล่าวคือ บิดามารดา ปู่ย่า ตายาย ทวดก็ดี ผู้สืบสันดาน กล่าวคือ ลูก หลาน เหลน ลื้อก็ดี ผู้อนุบาล หรือผู้พิทักษ์ก็ดี หรือพนักงานอัยยการก็ดี ร้องขอต่อศาลแล้ว ศาลจะสั่งให้บุคคลผู้นั้นเป็นคนไร้ความสามารถก็ได้
- คำสั่งศาลอันนี้ ให้โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
Section 29. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- [I] A person of unsound mind may be adjudged incompetent by the Court on the application of the wife, husband, ascentands, descendants, guardian or curator, or of the Public Prosecutor.
