มาตรา 48
- ภูมิลำเนาย่อมเปลี่ยนไปด้วยการย้ายถิ่นที่อยู่ พร้อมด้วยเจตนาปรากฏว่าจงใจจะเปลี่ยนภูมิลำเนา
