มาตรา 57
- ผู้จัดการที่ศาลได้ตั้งแต่งขึ้นนั้น ต้องทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ในขณะเมื่อเข้าจัดการ บัญชีทรัพย์สินนี้ต้องทำต่อหน้าพะยานสองคน และให้ลงลายมือชื่อพะยานในบัญชีนั้นด้วย

- The manager appointed by the Court must make an inventory of the property of the absent person at the time when he assumes the management; such inventory shall be made in the presence of, and signed by two witnesses.
