มาตรา 79
- ถ้ามีตำแหน่งว่างลงในจำนวนผู้จัดการ และมีเหตุควรวิตกว่าทิ้งตำแหน่งว่างไว้ช้าไปเกลือกจะเกิดความเสียหายขึ้นได้ไซร้ เมื่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนใดคนหนึ่ง หรือพนักงานอัยยการร้องขอต่อศาลๆ จะแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการชั่วคราวขึ้นก็ได้

- If a vacancy occurs among the managers, and there is reason to apprehend that damage might ensure from delay, the Court may on the application of any interested person or of the Public Prosecutor appoint a temporary manager.

- In case a vacancy occurs among the managers (directors) and it is feared that damages may be incurred through delay, the Court shall appoint a provisional manager (director) upon the demand of any person interested or a public procurator.
