มาตรา 90
- มูลนิธิทุกรายย่อมตกอยู่ในบังคับความดูแลตรวจตราของรัฐบาล เจ้าพนักงานผู้ใดอันรัฐบาลได้ตั้งแต่งไปเพื่อการนั้นแล้ว ให้เข้าดูสมุดหนังสือกับบัญชีของมูลนิธิได้ในเวลาใดๆ อันสมควร เจ้าพนักงานผู้นั้นอาจจะสอบสวนผู้จัดการและตัวแทน หรือลูกจ้างในมูลนิธิด้วยข้อความใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับมูลนิธินั้นได้
Section 90. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- Every foundation is subject to supervision of the Government. Any official commissioned to that effect by the Government shall have access to the books and accounts of the foundation at any reasonable time. He can examine the managers and any agents or employees of the foundation on any matters relating to it.
