มาตรา 152
- นีติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนไขบังคับก่อน และเป็นเงื่อนไขอันสำเร็จได้หรือไม่สุดแล้วแต่ใจของฝ่ายลูกหนี้เท่านั้นไซร้ นีติกรรมนั้นท่านว่าเป็นโมฆะ
