มาตรา 167
- สิทธิเรียกร้องของรัฐบาลเพื่อเอาค่าภาษีอากรท่านให้มีกำหนดอายุความสิบปี เรียกเพื่อหนี้อย่างอื่นท่านให้บังคับตามบทบัญญัติสามมาตราก่อนนี้
Section 167. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- The period of prescription for claims of the Government for taxes and rates or revenues is ten years. As to other claims relating to obligations the three foregoing sections shall apply.
