มาตรา 186
- อายุความสิทธิเรียกร้อง อันมีอยู่เป็นคุณหรือเป็นโทษแก่บุคคลเมื่อเวลาตายนั้น ถ้าจะขาดลงภายในเวลาต่ำกว่าปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันตายไซร้ ท่านให้ขยายอายุความนั้นออกไปเป็นปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันตาย
Section 186. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- When prescription of a claim existing in favour of a person or against him at the time of his death would have expired within one year after the date of the death, the period of prescription shall be extended to one year after death.
