TITLE IV. Plurality of creditors and debtors.

Chapter I. General Provisions.
Section 154.
  • If there are several creditors or several debtors, the obligation is presumed to be divided, that is to say, each creditor or debtor is presumed to have a separate share in the rights or liabilities arising out of the obligation.
