มาตรา 274

• บุริมสิทธิในมูลรักษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อรักษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และมีอยู่เหนืออสังหาริมทรัพย์อันนั้น
• อนึ่ง บทบัญญัติแห่งมาตรา ๒๖๙ วรรคสองนั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่กรณีที่กล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนี้ด้วย

• [II] In case of the foregoing paragraph the provisions of Section 269 paragraph 2 apply correspondingly.
