มาตรา 338

• ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการวางทรัพย์หรือขายทอดตลาดนั้น ให้ฝ่ายเจ้าหนี้เป็นผู้ออก เว้นแต่ลูกหนี้จะได้ถอนทรัพย์ที่วาง
