• เมื่อสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอกได้เกิดมีขึ้นตามบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตราก่อนแล้ว คู่สัญญาหาอาจจะเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือระงับสิทธินั้นในภายหลังได้ไม่
