มาตรา 436
- บุคคลผู้อยู่ในโรงเรือนต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายอันเกิดเพราะของตกหล่นจากโรงเรือนนั้น หรือเพราะทิ้งขว้างของไปตกในที่อันมิควร

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- Civil Code of Brazil (1916), Art.1529;
- The person who inhabits a house, or a part of it, is responsible for the damage arising from things which fall from it or are thrown into an improper place (langadas em logar indevido).
