มาตรา 14
  • ในกรณีที่เอกสารทำขึ้นไว้หลายภาษา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นฉบับเดียวกันหรือหลายฉบับก็ตามโดยมีภาษาไทยด้วย ถ้าข้อความในหลายภาษานั้นแตกต่างกัน และมิอาจหยั่งทราบเจตนาของคู่กรณีได้ว่าจะใช้ภาษาใดบังคับ ให้ถือตามภาษาไทย
