  • บรรดากิจการที่คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิได้กระทำไปแม้จะปรากฏในภายหลังว่ามีข้อบกพร่องเกี่ยวกับการแต่งตั้งหรือคุณสมบัติของกรรมการของมูลนิธิ กิจการนั้นย่อมมีผลสมบูรณ์
