Title IV. Exchange (Recum permutatio).

  • [I] Exchange takes effect when the parties concerned stipulate to transfer to each other property rights other than the ownership of a sum of money.
  • [II] If one of the parties has agreed to transfer to the other the ownership of a sum of money together with other rights, the provisions relating to the purchase price of a sale apply correspondingly with regard to the said sum of money.
