มาตรา 20
- ผู้เยาว์ย่อมบรรลุนีติภาวะเมื่อทำการสมรส หากการสมรสนั้นได้ทำเมื่อฝ่ายชายผู้เยาว์มีอายุสิบเจ็ดปี และฝ่ายหญิงผู้เยาว์มีอายุสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์แล้ว

- A minor becomes Sui Juris upon marriage provided that the male minor marries after the completion of his seventeen years and the female minor after the completion of her fifteen years.
