มาตรา 32
- การใดๆ อันบุคคลวิกลจริตได้ทำลง แต่หากบุคคลนั้นศาลยังมิได้สั่งให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถไซร้ ท่านว่าการนั้นจะเป็นโมฆียะต่อเมื่อพิสูจน์ได้ว่าได้ทำลงในเวลาซึ่งบุคคลนั้นจริตวิกลอยู่ และคู่กรณีอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้รู้แล้วด้วยว่าผู้ทำเป็นคนวิกลจริต
Section 32. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- An act done by a person of unsound mind but not adjudged incompetent is voidable only when it is proved that the act was done at a time when he was actually of unsound mind, and the other party had knowledge of such unsoundness.
