มาตรา 26
  • ตีความในเอกสารไปในทางใด จะทำให้ข้อความฤๅเอกสารเป็นผลบังคับได้ ท่านให้ถือเอาทางนั้นดีกว่าที่จะถือเอาทางที่ไร้ผล
