มาตรา 55

บุคคลซึ่งศาลได้แสดงว่าเป็นคนวิกลจริตดังนั้นแล้ว ถ้าทำการใดแต่ลำพังตน ไม่มีผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมอนุมัติด้วยไซร้ การนั้นย่อมเป็นโมฆียะ
