มาตรา 61
  • การใดดังได้ระบุมาในมาตราก่อนนั้น ถ้าบุคคลผู้อยู่ในความพิทักษ์ทำลงโดยไม่ได้อนุญาต การนั้นย่อมเป็นโมฆียะ
