มาตรา 79
  • บุคคลนิติสมมต ย่อมสิทธิและหน้าที่เหมือนบุคคลธรรมดา เว้นเสียแต่สิทธิและหน้าที่ซึ่งว่าโดยสภาพจะพึงมีพึงเป็นได้เฉภาะแก่บุคคลธรรมดาเท่านั้น
