มาตรา 115
  • บุคคลเช่นไร อันกฎหมายแสดงว่าเป็นผู้ไร้ความสามารถ บุคคลเช่นนั้น ย่อมไม่อาจเข้าทำสัญญาได้ ตามบทที่บังคับไว้ในหมวดความสามารถแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้
