มาตรา 123

คำเสนอซึ่งบ่งเวลาให้ทำคำสนองนั้น ท่านว่าไม่อาจจะถอนได้ แต่จะเป็นอันผูกพันกันได้ต่อเมื่อคำสนองถึงผู้เสนอภายในบ่งไว้
