มาตรา 128
  • คำสนองจะต้องไม่มีข้อเบี่ยงบ่าย คือว่าต้องรับตามคำเสนอโดยไม่มีแก้ไข
  • คำสนองซึ่งแก้ไขคำเสนอนั้น ให้ถือว่าเป็นคำบอกปัดไม่รับควบกับคำเสนอขึ้นใหม่
