ลักษณ ๒ จัดการงารนอกสั่ง

มาตรา 154
  • บุคคลใดเข้าไปทำการงานแทนคนอื่น โดยเขามิได้ว่าขานวานใช้ให้ทำ ฤๅทำลงโดยไม่มีบทกฎหมายบังคับให้ทำดังนั้น ได้ชื่อว่าจัดการงานนอกสั่ง
