มาตรา 169
  • ถ้าผู้จัดการทำแทนผู้หนึ่งแต่โดยสำคัญว่าทำแทนอีกคนหนึ่งไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เป็นตัวการแท้ผู้เดียวมีสิทธิและหน้าที่อันเกิดแต่การที่ได้จัดทำไปนั้น
