ลักษณ ๑ หนี้มีเงื่อนไข

มาตรา 206
  • ถ้าแม้ภายหลังมาเงื่อนไขนั้นกลับกลายเป็นชอบกฎหมายก็ดี เป็นอันไม่ขัดต่อรัฐประศาสโนบาย ฤๅต่อความปลอดภัยแห่งบุคคลฤๅทรัพย์สินก็ดี ท่านว่าหนี้นั้นก็ไม่กลับเป็นสมบูรณ์ขึ้นได้
