มาตรา 226

ท่านมิให้ฟังว่าหนี้ใดเป็นหนี้ร่วมกัน นอกจากจะได้มีสัญญากล่าวไว้ชัด ฤๅมีบทกฎหมายบังคับไว้เฉภาะให้เป็นดังนั้น
