มาตรา 227
  • ถ้าบุคคลหลายคนมีสิทธิจะได้รับ ฤๅจะต้องชำระหนี้ในสัญญาอันเดียวกัน ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเขาเป็นเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกัน ฤๅเป็นลูกหนี้ร่วมกัน
