มาตรา 240
  • การที่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งผ่อนเวลาให้แก่ลูกหนี้นั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคนย่อมผ่อนเวลาให้ด้วยเหมือนกัน
