มาตรา 248
  • การที่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้ ฤๅวางทรัพย์ไว้ชำระหนี้นั้น ก็เสมอกับลูกหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคนขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้ ฤๅวางทรัพย์ไว้ชำระหนี้นั้นด้วย
