มาตรา 254
  • การปลดหนี้ให้แก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเป็นการปลดหนี้ให้ลูกหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
