ลักษณ ๒ โอนหน้าที่ชำระหนี้

มาตรา 281
  • ผู้รับโอนอาจมีจดหมายบอกกล่าวไปยังเจ้าหนี้ และกำหนดไปในจดหมายนั้นให้ตอบภายในเวลาอันสมควรว่าจะยอมตกลงให้โอนฤๅไม่
  • ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ตอบภายในกำหนดนั้นไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ยอมตกลงให้โอน
