มาตรา 297
  • ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ยอมรับสินใช้อย่างอื่นนอกจากสินใช้ที่ควรใช้ตามมูลหนี้ไซร้ ท่านว่าลูกหนี้ก็เป็นอันหลุดพ้นหนี้ได้เหมือนเช่นส่งสินใช้ที่ควรใช้ตามมูลหนี้ฉะนั้น
