มาตรา 305
  • เมื่อหนี้นั้นได้ชำระสิ้นเชิงแล้ว นอกจากใบเสร็จคู่มือ ถ้ามีเอกสารอันเป็นหลักฐานแห่งหนี้นั้น ผู้ชำระหนี้ชอบที่จะได้รับเวนคืนเอกสารด้วย
