มาตรา 319
  • ถ้าผู้ชำระหนี้มิได้บอกระบุเช่นว่านั้นไซร้ ผู้รับสินใช้อาจบอกระบุได้ในเวลาที่รับสินใช้นั้น เว้นแต่ผู้ชำระหนี้คัดค้านในทันใดว่าไม่ยอมตกลงด้วยในการจัดสรรดังนั้น
