มาตรา 330
  • เมื่อเจ้าหนี้รับชำระหนี้แต่บางส่วนไว้แล้ว ถ้ามีสินใช้ต่างตอบแทน ก็ต้องหักลดตามส่วน
  • อนึ่งเจ้าหนี้ยังจะเรียกค่าสินไหมทดแทนได้ เว้นแต่ในคดีที่บัญญัติไว้ในหมวดที่ ๔ แห่งลักษณนี้
