  • คู่กรณีแห่งหนี้อาจกำหนดจำนวนค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพื่อการไม่ชำระหนี้ล่วงหน้าได้
  • การตกลงกันเช่นนั้นเรียกว่าข้อเบี้ยปรับ
