มาตรา 347
  • ถ้าการไม่ชำระหนี้มีข้อเบี้ยปรับบังคับอยู่ไซร้ เจ้าหนี้อาจเรียกให้ชำระหนี้โดยเฉภาะเจาะจง ฤๅเรียกให้บังคับตามข้อเบี้ยปรับก็ได้
