มาตรา 370
  • ลูกหนี้ใด วางทรัพย์ตามบัญญัติไว้ในหมวดนี้ และมิได้ถอนทรัพย์ไป ท่านว่าลูกหนี้นั้นย่อมหลุดพันจากหนี้เสมือนว่าได้ชำระหนี้นั้นแล้ว
