มาตรา 401

ถ้าบุคคลหลายคนมีบุริมะสิทธิในมูลจ้างทำของ (มาตรา ๓๘๐ อนุมาตรา ๓) ท่านว่าผู้รับจ้างคนก่อนอยู่ในลำดับที่จะได้รับผลก่อนผู้รับจ้างคนหลัง
