มาตรา 421
  • เมื่อศาลได้มีคำสั่งให้ยึดหนี้ไว้ก่อนพิพากษาก็ดี ฤๅภายหลังพิพากษาก็ดี ลูกหนี้จะบอกกล่าวหักกลบลบหนี้นั้นไม่ได้
