มาตรา 548
  • ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าส่งมอบทรัพย์สินโดยสภาพไม่เหมาะแก่ประโยชน์อันมุ่งจะใช้ ผู้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาก็ได้
