มาตรา 549

• การส่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งเช่าก็ดี ความรับผิดของผู้ให้เช่าในกรณีชำรุดบกพร่องและรอนสิทธิก็ดี ผลแห่งข้อสัญญาว่าจะไม่ต้องรับผิดก็ดี เหล่านี้ ท่านให้บังคับด้วยบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ว่าด้วยการซื้อขายอนุโลมความตามควร

• The delivery of the property hired, the liability of the letter in case of defects and eviction and the effects of a non-liability clause are governed by the provisions of this Code concerning Sale, mutatis mutandis.
