มาตรา 578
- ถ้าลูกจ้างรับรองโดยแสดงออกชัด ฤๅโดยปริยาย ว่าตนเปนผู้มีฝีมือเฉภาะการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดไซร้ หากมาปรากฎว่าไร้ฝีมือเช่นนั้น ท่านว่านายจ้างชอบที่จะเลิกจ้างเสียก็ได้

- If the employee either expressly or impliedly warrants special skill on his part, the absence of such skill entitles the employer to determine the contract.
